Apologies if the list is not appropriate for this purpose. Could you recommend me a person who can speak about Open Data for/from Intelligent Transportation System, possibly covering both private vehicles and public transportation? We are planning a special interest session including talks and panels during 20th ITS World Congress in Tokyo, Oct 14-18, 2013, which requires one from Open Data world. Expenses are covered by us.
