Some slightly cumbersome running of

     SELECT ?o WHERE { ?o a owl:Ontology }

against each sparql endpoint gives the following
results:

http://statistics.data.gov.uk/def/Foundation/
http://education.data.gov.uk/def/school/
http://transport.data.gov.uk/def/road-category

the first doesn't dereference. Doing

    SELECT ?s WHERE { ?s a skos:ConceptScheme }

gets no results...

browsing some of the datasets in
http://source.data.gov.uk/data

we have things like

http://research.data.gov.uk/def/project

which neither dereference nor appear to exist in
the triplestores. but we do find some schema information
here:

http://source.data.gov.uk/data/research/bis-research-explorer/2010-03-04/

hrmmm...
