Hi,

I am facing difficulty in preparing enviornment to run SILK for
interlinking.
Adding rdflib module to python2.6.4 is failing and throws error  "error:
Unable to find vcvarsall.bat". Using Windows XP

Please let me know if some one has any idea to resolve this issue
