Your data for Freebase is either very out of date or you perhaps took a statement about 1.3million Stanford Library book editions as representing the entire corpus. Currently Freebase has: 3,409,670 book editions http://www.freebase.com/view/book/book_edition 2,436,268 books (ie works) 559,148 authors More interesting, at least to my mind, is how the books are linked to their film and stage adaptations (http://www.freebase.com/view/topic/en/adventures_of_huckleberry_finn), the authors to their Wikipedia entries describing their real life, publishers to their imprints and stock symbols, etc. Tom
