After active discussion, I’ve completed the PR for this feature. There was some discussion about replacing “@nest” with another keyword, but it collected the most votes. This was suggested by Niklas Lindström in a comment to issue #246 [3] and has the distinction of allowing both nesting, and language/index containers simultaneously at the expense of adding a new compaction concept. > > Please weigh in on the issue or either PR with any opinions, or reply to this thread. > > Formatted versions, with cumulative change highlighting, available through RawGit [4][5]. > > Gregg Kellogg > gregg@greggkellogg.net > > [1] https://github.com/json-ld/json-ld.org/pull/451 > [2] https://github.com/json-ld/json-ld.org/pull/453 > [3] https://github.com/json-ld/json-ld.org/issues/246#issuecomment-271519738 > [4] https://rawgit.com/json-ld/json-ld.org/issue-246-nesting2/spec/latest/json-ld/index.html > [5] https://rawgit.com/json-ld/json-ld.org/issue-246-nesting2/spec/latest/json-ld-api/index.html >
