Re: "document"

Thanks, John!
My concern was that we define LDPR, LDP-RR and LDP-BR and the naive reader may
wonder how these relate to "document". Are they subsets of "document"?
Is LDPR equivalent to "document"?
All the best, Ashok

There were suggestions on the order of a month ago that we use 'document' instead of 'information resource' based on the http-Range experience/wounds, and 'resource' when being more general. Since the WG seemed un-allergic to that, we started to incorporate it.

What it does, is say (section 2.2, paragraph 2): This document is an example of an information resource. When I drafted it, I started from the premise "what's good for the goose is good for the gander", but nothing stops us from adding more if you want to propose something concrete. Looking at it with a skeptical eye, the "parens" around _contained_ <file:///C:/Arwe/Standards/REST/OSLC/W3CLDP/ldp.html#dfn-containment>documents (information resources [/_WEBARCH_/ <file:///C:/Arwe/Standards/REST/OSLC/W3CLDP/ldp.html#bib-WEBARCH>]) are not obvious.
