Thinking in this line, it might be useful for a client to express its
preference via a header i.e. whether or not it would like to have the
in-lined representation just like in the case of content negotiation etc.
Similar to the slug header, servers can ignore this preference if they have
their own algorithm to decide or if they do not support in-lining.
