The only other issue I split is ISSUE-18, which was split into 4 issues: ISSUE-66 (Robust pagination), ISSUE-67 (Full container membership without pagination), ISSUE-68 (Number of resources per page), and ISSUE-69 (Query syntaxes for accessing the first and subsequent pages). I think the latter is a misunderstanding of the spec so I left it as "raised" and will propose we close it in a follow-up email.
