Hi Cody: Thanks for writing this. The Hans Rosling talk is FANTASTIC! http://www.ted.com/talks/hans_rosling_shows_the_best_stats_you_ve_ever_seen.html A couple of other thoughts. If we want to make the case for linked data we need to make clear how it is better than previous approaches. Martin Nally of IBM presented some slides at the W3C LEDP workshop. I'm having trouble finding them. Perhaps one of the IBM folks can send them to the list. Finally, thinking about how Linked Data will be used, navigation is not enough. We really need a query facility. Yes we have SPARQL and perhaps that needs a bit more emphasis. All the best, Ashok On 6/22/2013 5:08 PM, Cody Burleson wrote: > Team, > > Please be advised that I wrote up a brief blog post which introduces LDP and some of the work we did last week in our face-to-face. > > http://codyburleson.com/2013/06/22/w3c-ldp-reframing-the-web/ > > If I've made any errors or have posted anything you prefer to restate for the record, just let me know. > > -- > Cody > >
