Dear LDPer's,

The latest editor's draft [1] contains most of the edits planned
before publication.  Would like some additional eyes on it before we
send it out.  So if anyone has any cycles to review it, we'd like to
make a decision at next meeting (March 4th).  You can see the change
history summary in the appendix to see the changes made.
