Agreed completely, of course. We need to both address concerns with the
existing specification, as covered by the existing errata and any further
clarifications as are needed for security and understanding, as well as
design, implement and document those extension features that improve the
digital ergonomics of the developer on a daily basis.

One of the next calls should be talking through, and agreeing upon, design
principles as a way to ensure that we are trying to solve the same problems
in the same way. One such key principle is not breaking 1.0!  Hopefully
this will give us both a set of criteria by which to judge proposals, and
also a working pattern that gets us to where the community needs us to be,
on time and without drama :)
