Alright, I have done the conversion to ReSpec, styled as an ED, with the links and paths set up assuming it would be hosted in a new repo called github.com/w3c/simple-ruby <http://githum.com/w3c/simple-ruby>. If you can create it and give me commit access, I'll push the draft there. If it should go somewhere else, let me know where. Alternatively, I can send the whole thing as a zip via email, but with dependent resources it is a little heavy, so going direct to Github seems preferable.
