I incorporated them all bar one ;-), namely:


         If the parse fails, some XML document must be produced with 
ixsl:state on the document element


I don't know what happened with that "serializ". I noticed that both 
"serialise" and "serialize" occurred in the spec, so I did a global replace 
of  serialis with serializ. How that went wrong is a mystery to me.


The new version is on the staging site. Don't forget to check ixml.ixml and 
ixml.xml in as well.
