Re: processor status report

My processor now uses the 28 May grammar and passes all of its unit
tests. It claims to pass 259 of the test suite tests, skipping two and
failing none. I’m a little suspicious.

Against those, it claims 298 pass, 1 fail, 2 skip, 0 inapplicable.

The failing test is the one with the cat (😺).

There’s a Unicode/UTF-8 issue somewhere along the line, I’m not sure
where.
