IRC/Google Woes and meeting minutes

I had some problems running as scribe this week: I believe I followed Steven's instructions at https://w3c.github.io/scribe2/scribedoc.html#notes, but my invitation to rrsagent seems to have gone ignored, followed about halfway through the (short) meeting by all my irc messages simply not appearing.

Steven, sorry to be a pest, but would it be possible to reconstruct the minutes from the following fragments, as recorded by John (and the case of the first few lines, reconstructed by me)?

Can anyone offer any hints as to what I have done wrong, so that I can effectively scribe next time?

Also, is there any way for us to open up the Google Meet to a whitelist of accounts so that we don't have to wait for admission?
