I'm wondering when and how we should deliver this to Swaran. I was
hoping to have it finalized this past Monday so both Jeff and I could
sign it while I was in the office but we've missed that opportunity. I
think what I should do is send it to Jeff for signature and have him
scan it to me then I'll print and sign it at home on Sunday night. I
would then send most of the letter as an e-mail to Swaran and attached
the scanned, signed version. Once I get back to MIT on the 10th we could
then send the "real signed" version to her via FedEx or DHL. Does this
work?
