Re: Hit test spec draft - feedback appreciated

Hi all,

I have just merged the last outstanding PR (#64
<https://github.com/immersive-web/hit-test/pull/64>) to hit-test repository
- please file issues on GitHub if you think there are additional problems
with the API that are not already tracked in the repository.

Quick status update: I'm working on phrasing to add a new feature
descriptor - this should address the main point of issue #68
<https://github.com/immersive-web/hit-test/issues/68> and issue #65
<https://github.com/immersive-web/hit-test/issues/65> and does not affect
the API shape.

  - there's still some discussion there about how to expose which optional
features are enabled on a session - we might have to address this as a part
of main WebXR spec as it's relevant to all optional features (including
XRReferenceSpaces present in the main spec)

There are also 2 open issues with active discussions happening (#66
<https://github.com/immersive-web/hit-test/issues/66> & #67
<https://github.com/immersive-web/hit-test/issues/67>) - please review and
comment if you have an opinion.

Thanks,

-Piotr
