Leave of absence

Hey folks,
As some of you may be aware, I have a chronic health issue that has been getting increasingly difficult to manage over the past year.  It’s nothing to worry about, and I’ve been hoping it would improve on its own but have come to realize I’m going need to be more proactive to get back to normal. So, in order to focus on my health, I’ll be taking a leave of absence from Amazon beginning on Thursday 1/9.  This means I won’t be on our calls, doing reviews of PRs, or commenting on issues for a while.  It also means I will not be attending the face-to-face meeting in February.  Isaac Jeppsen, who I introduced on today’s call, will be representing Amazon in both the WG and the CG while I’m out.

If you find yourself in the Seattle area, don’t hesitate to reach out. And either way, I’ll see you on the flip side.
