W3C I18n Initiative

Hi Swick,

My name is Samuel Nishimwe and I'm a web developer from Rwanda. I found out
about a new internationalization initiative by W3C and I would like to get
involved. Based on my own research, kinyarwanda (the language of Rwandans)
is not represented on the web and I really want to dedicate some of my time
to bringing it forward in any of the categories mentioned (Language
enablement, Developer support or Auth support).


Let me know how I can get involved.
