hello Abacus, Thank you for offering to translate these pages. There are currently no specific plans to make changes to these articles, although there is a plan to make changes to the design of these pages currently running on the back burner. This means that there may be a need to tweak some of the text several months from now. Please read the translator guidelines at https://www.w3.org/International/2004/06/translation.en.html and let me know whether you are happy to observe the constraints posted there, esp. wrt links. Are you able to use GitHub to access the english source and send pull requests for the translation? best regards, Richard Ishida On 23/04/2019 21:41, Certified Translation wrote: > Hello. > > We are Abacus, a California company providing certified translations. > > We are interested in translating the below pages and want to check that > the pages are up-to-date and have no one else working on it. > > https://www.w3.org/International/questions/qa-forms-utf-8.en > https://www.w3.org/International/questions/qa-lang-why.en > https://www.w3.org/International/getting-started/language.en > > These 3 pages already have a Simplified Chinese version and we would > like to translate it into Traditional Chinese for more accessibility. > > Please let us know if we can work on the existing Simplified Chinese > version. > > Thank you. > > *Abacus Consulting Services* > > http://www.certifiedchinesetranslation.com/ > 401 N.
