Hi Greg, The Mongolian Government stated the law on Mongolian Language generally. In this law, you could find that the Mongolian script will be applied parallel with Cyrillic script. Not specific for diphthongs. I just mentioned it in my previous email to say, that somehow the linguists regard Mongolian script more active than ago.
