Yes, both U+185E and U+1873 Final need to be processed as a suffix following the NNBSP. And yes, if we are consistent, then these are really isolates! I agree with you. That is a good insight.

It is better to has a second isolate sibe i (185E) and manchu i (1873).

Or, need U+202F+i(185E) and U+202F+i(1873) usage in sibe and manchu.
