Re: [CSSWG][css-ruby-1] Updated WD of CSS Ruby L1

皆んさん、

今回の新しいドラフトはあまりSimple Rubyや最近の
話に関するバグを修正するために出したわけではなく
て、６年間ぶりに出していなかったということの方が
原因です。これから色々改善していきますが、その活
動のスタートの時点に、６年間の間にたまっていた修
正と、最近したソースコードのクリーンアップを入れ
込んで、一応出しておいたほうがいいと思ったからで
す。
