We need to define normative processing expecations for (the visualization of)
ruby and directionality. Currently, ruby references the w3c ruby tr and opendoc
informally, and directionality references XHTML2 formally. This is uncoherent.
There is no need to define these processing expecations as a mandatory part of
an "product of ITS".
