Implementation: dir data category

Hi all,

I have implemented the directionality data category. Please have a look
at http://www.w3.org/International/its/tests/its2xquery and give
feedback. "dir" attributes are only in
http://www.w3.org/International/its/tests/xmlspec1-input.xml , so the
interesting output is in
http://www.w3.org/International/its/tests/xmlspec1-output.xml .
