Felix: Martin note on the precedence is coming from an old version of the tag
set, but this does not change his input for the first two cases.

Now that I'm re-reading this, I wonder if "implicit" is correct. use of ITS
attributes in the instance document seems more "explicit" than "implicit" no?
Or maybe just "local selection in documents (ITS local attributes on a specific
element)" ok?
