ITS Processor

Hi everyone,

I think it can be useful to provide a reference implementation of an ITS processor. It would help developers to integrate ITS
support in their tools, and allow us to spot possible issues or shortcomings of the specifications, or possible additions.

To get things started, I've put some ideas in the IG wiki that you can find it here:

And I've also attached a few Java classes that implements some of those ideas.

As an Interest Group we can publish an Interest Group Note along with an open-source implementation of such processor.

You can create a wiki account by following the on-screen instructions, then it'll take Felix or I to give you the proper rights to
be able you to edit the wiki.
