I had a quick look. Most of them I'd take on board w/o hesitation. Also 
happy to add new q's. And finally, there's no reason to not heavily link 
to W3C documents. This is a FAQ and not a specification, so we don't 
have concerns about being self-contained. Etc.

I'd be happy to create a copy that folds in more of your suggestions.
