RE: REQUEST for (updated?) review: Verifiable Credentials Data Model 1.0

Hello Daniel and Matt,

Thanks for the opportunity to review your Spec. I have just now filed two issues. There is one more pending issue.

Could you please ensure that the ‘i18n-comment’ label is affixed to each issue—this enables automatic tracking in our group’s digests, radar, and other tools.

If, when you have a chance to review the issues, you have any questions or concerns, feel free to reach out to our WG. In most cases, making comments in the github issue is sufficient, but if you need “higher bandwidth” let me know.

Regards,

Addison

Hello Daniel and Verifiable Claims WG,

Thanks for the request. I have added your spec to our review radar [1].

Please note that 2 weeks really is not enough time for I18N to do a review. We will do our best to accommodate (and given that we had no comments last time, this may remain a no-op), but you should also note that this gives you little time to react to any comments we give.

Addison

Subject: REQUEST for (updated?) review: Verifiable Credentials Data Model 1.0

Hi,

The Verifiable Claims Working Group's one standards-track specification, "Verifiable Credentials Data Model 1.0", has some editorial work to go but is otherwise ready for Candidate Recommendation.

I don't believe we received any comments from you after our request last year, but we would like to offer another opportunity for comments or questions. In particular, based on community feedback we have added two new features to the specification, a new JWT-based syntactic representation [1] and support for Zero-Knowledge Proofs [2]. A broader list of changes can be found in the "Status of this Document" section of the most recently published static Working Draft [3].

As before, the best place for comments is directly in our GitHub repo [4] as new issues, but comments sent to our comments mailing list [5] work as well. It would be best to base any review and comments on the live Editor's Draft [6]. Given that our Working Group charter expires at the end of March, and that we are expected to publish the Candidate Recommendation before then, we would greatly appreciate any comments you can give us by **March 4th, 2019** .

If you need anything else from us, please don't hesitate to contact the chairs directly.

Thank you,

Dan Burnett and Matt Stone, Co-chairs, Verifiable Claims Working Group
