I18n Core Working Group Chair,

Larry Masinter and Peter Saint-Andre have requested permission to attend the next W3C I18n WG meeting. Their stated purpose is to request assistance with editorial work on RFC 3987. Could you please advise the proper way to invite them or to add them as an agenda item at an upcoming w3c i18n working group meeting?
