Hi Richard,

Browsing from
http://rishida.net/International/alphabetic-index ,
one ends up with links such as
http://rishida.net/International/questions/qa-http-and-lang .
Shouldn't they be
http://www.w3.org/International/questions/qa-http-and-lang ?

http://rishida.net/International/articles/language-tags/
vs.
http://www.w3.org/International/articles/language-tags/

etc.
