HTML5 review: sections to look at

I have read the whole spec looking for i18n related areas that we should check. There are others, but this list will give us plenty to be getting on with.  We should read these, looking for possible issues, but also compare with the old HTML spec and the comments we made to XHTML2 folks. (In fact I think we will probably have to raise all the same issues we raised with XHTML2 with the HTML5 guys again.)
