R: [PLS1.0] i18n comment: dc:language

    Resolution: Accepted
    
We will remove dc:language from the example in Section 4.3 [1].

The i18n WG feels that it will be confusing to people to see the dc:language
declaration in the example, and that one of two things should therefore
happen:

1. remove the dc:language line from the example

2. explain in the text that it is not clear what is the likely effect of
including dc:language as shown, nor how that information should relate to
the xml:lang attribute.
