As discussed in Monthly Meeting on Feb 26, we think some phrases can be changed with more inclusive expressions, to avoid it looks somehow "China-centered" 1. Scope: "The proposal for the group originated from consultation with stakeholders and W3C members in China" --> "The proposal for the group originated from consultation with stakeholders and W3C members in Chinese-speaking community" 2. The last paragraph of Scope "collect information about specific use cases in China" --> "collect information about specific use cases in Chinese texts" 3. Deliverables: "on text layout and related technologies in in China and elsewhere" --> "on text layout and related technologies for Chinese text" 4. Success Criteria "and adoption of text layout and related technologies in China and worldwide." --> "and adoption of text layout and related technologies in Chinese-speaking community and worldwide." or just simply delete "in China and" 5. Dependencies: "collaboration with existing groups and communities in China"-->"collaboration with existing groups and communities in Chinese-speaking community" -- GitHub Notification of comment by ryukeikun Please view or discuss this issue at https://github.com/w3c/clreq/pull/659#issuecomment-2684797143 using your GitHub account -- Sent via github-notify-ml as configured in https://github.com/w3c/github-notify-ml-config
