[clreq] 疑似缺字：`采`→`采用`？ (#644)

YDX-2147483647 has just created a new issue for https://github.com/w3c/clreq:

CLReq 目前大多写`采用`、`采取`，有些单独的`采`读不太通，建议改正。

- 单独的`采`

- 同一句混合`采用`、`采`

[北大CCL语料库](http://ccl.pku.edu.cn:8080/ccl_corpus/index.jsp)的现代汉语数据中，[`采用相同`出现于 321 个文档](http://ccl.pku.edu.cn:8080/ccl_corpus/search?q=采用相同&dir=xiandai)，而[`采相同`只出现于 12 个文档](http://ccl.pku.edu.cn:8080/ccl_corpus/search?q=采相同&dir=xiandai)，`采用`比单独的`采`常用二十多倍。不过我不确定是否有繁简差异。
