In Chinese custom `圣经` seems to be generally without the guillemet, should it follow the customary usage?

And is it necessary to name the Chinese translation to refer specifically to the Ho Ho Ben (和合本)? I don't know much about the Bible, and I don't know if there is a difference between `神` and `上帝` version in other Chinese translations.
