Checking with JLReq, 段首缩排 is expressed _Line Head Indent at the Beginning of Paragraphs_ in [3.5.1](https://www.w3.org/TR/jlreq/#line_head_indent_at_the_beginning_of_paragraphs), while 段落缩进 is simply expressed as _line head indent_ as in [3.5.2](https://www.w3.org/TR/jlreq/#line_head_indent_and_line_end_indent). Accordingly, in CLReq, the subtitle of [3.4.1](https://w3c.github.io/clreq/#line_head_indent_at_the_beginning_of_paragraphs) is also expressed _Line Head Indent at the Beginning of Paragraphs_, as 段首 is clearly express as _at the Beginning of Paragraphs_, although a little long-winded, it is OK for me.
