bert-github has just created a new issue for https://github.com/w3c/i18n-activity: == Serialization of Dublin Core terms in XML is not defined == **This is a tracker issue. Contribute to the actual discussion at the following link:** link Only discuss things here if they are i18n WG internal meta-discussions about the issue. ODRL allows a serialization as XML (different from RDF), see ["XML Encoding"](https://w3c.github.io/poe/vocab/#xml) in "ODRL Vocabulary & Expression". This XML encoding allows adding extraneous elements in different XML Namespaces. But it is not clear if annotations using Dublin Core terms can be included here, too, and if so, how they are serialized. It is known how Dublin Core terms are encoded in RDF and the section ["Policy Provenance"](https://w3c.github.io/poe/model/#provenace) in the "ODRL Information Model" shows an example serialization in JSON-LD. But a serialization in XML is not defined. Please view or discuss this issue at https://github.com/w3c/i18n-activity/issues/412 using your GitHub account
