Wow. Cool. Spec dev changes regularly, so you might put a version date at the head. Also, perhaps, a link to the getting a review instructions and note that the checklist doesn't replace horizontal review. In my day job, the Giant Huge Checklist is an ongoing pain: it is useful but it doesn't replace thinking.
