Okay, I'm doing a through clean up on the formatting of the document, so we can maintain a better formatting going forward. I'll land the fixes in small patches directly on the main repo, as they are not expected to have any content/semantic changes. Please let me know if you think it should be done differently. And, another question: Why do we start section IDs with `h_`? I think we better not do so, as they are the most visible IDs in the document and we would have a cleaner URL with simpler IDs.
