That `<span class="lettername">…</span>` makes sense. I already did that and added it to my PR. I’m not very sure about using `<span>` instead of actual quotation marks. I assume those quotation marks are part of the text and it makes more sense to have them in the actual text, rather than moving them to a presentation layer.
