r12a has just created a new issue for https://github.com/w3c/alreq:

== Glossary spellings ==
Could we add vowelling to the glossary items?  Not only would this be 
useful for cases such as   رُقعة vs رِقعة , but it would also help 
non-native speakers, like me, to know how to pronounce the words.
