References to microdata in HTML 5.1

I noticed that there is a reference to microdata in the description of the
Phrasing Content model (section 3.2.4.2.5).  In two places it says "(if the
itemprop attribute is present)".  As HTML 5.1 does not include microdata,
nor the itemprop attribute, I think this reference should be removed.
