Most of the discussion actually takes place in Discourse, which is a better medium for discussion than mailing lists (or so I'm told). https://discourse.wicg.io/

No! Feel free to continue discussing here. This is a mailing list for technical discussion. Just figured you'd get a better and more diverse audience involved over in WICG (as well as a spec started) if you also started a conversation over there.
