Dear W3C, I have another idea. As an HTML programmer, I often find it annoying to have to type <meta name="metaname" content="text..." /> for every different type of metadata. I think it would help greatly to provide an alternative way such as <meta author="name" description="An example" keywords="example text" /> and etcetera.
