Yes, as I explained in the initial post I have made no effort to fix the 
references. The short name used in HTML5 is reused but as an entry point 
into specref. In many cases this finds nothing, in some cases it can 
find the wrong thing.

That's okay, it's all pretty easy to fix after people agree on a split.
