All, I have re-opened Bug #26059 (https://www.w3.org/Bugs/Public/show_bug.cgi?id=26059) until such time as a resolution is articulated by the spec editors. I am a tad miffed that it was closed with a WORKSFORME and no further details – what exactly is working?
