As things stand, the generic cue object is the only one defined that supports TTML for these operations. I don't agree with removing them. So when you referred to "two comments opposed to" removing the constructor and .text attribute, who were you referring to, other than yourself? As it stands, from what I can tell, everyone else is on board with this change. Silvia.
