Read the message you replied to again. :-)

There is a difference between supporting the keyword (but making it not  
blink) and not supporting the keyword (which would cause the declaration  
to be dropped). Browsers haven't dropped support, they just stopped  
blinking, which is conforming per the CSS spec.
