User agents must not implement accessibility layer semantics for the hgroup element that obfuscates or modifies the semantics of its children." relevant commit[3] This clarification has been prompted by discussion on a hgroup related firefox bug [2] please review, after feedback I plan to commit to the HTML5 CR spec.
